Main responsibilities:
∙ Assure effective management and administration of the business systems’ users and accounts
∙ Responsible for testing and implementation of new features and functionalities in Company’s business systems
∙ Responsible for monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle of business systems processes
∙ Document and maintain systems procedures, processes, interfaces and relationships
Technical Requirements:
∙ Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration
∙ Windows Desktop all versions
∙ Some Background with Linux systems - DebianUbuntuCentOS
∙ Good understanding of TCPIP protocol stack
∙ Good Understanding of SMTP; POP; IMAP; DNS; DHCP; SSL
∙ Active Directory Experience - creating, modifying user and computer accounts.
∙ Strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills
∙ OTRS4 experience is considered a plus
∙ MySQL experience is considered a plus
Personal skills:
∙ Ability to work under pressure and to satisfy deadlines;
∙ Well organized and self-managed person;
∙ Strong documentation skills;
∙ Strong analysis and communications skills;
∙ Very good team working ability.
∙ Problem solving abilities, ability to multi task and to make quick and responsible decisions

∙ Responding to critical support issues outside of work hours as needed.
