Hi. I registered here because I found a thread discussing my website:

I tried to use several online translators to read the page, but I couldn't find much help. Maybe someone can help me out if there's an issue being raised in the other topic.

I think this info might help...

1. All VINs that my website decodes must be 17 digits.
2. The Aprilia decoder isn't the only make-specific tool.

I don't want to link to my own site because forums usually hate that, but if you go to the home page and choose "VIN Decoders" on the left, you'll be able to find plenty make-specific decoders. Also, please contact me if you'd like me to add a manufacturer.

This is the number found on the frame, 17 characters which encode some information about the vehicle like:

region
country
manufacturer
model specification
check sum
year of production
etc.

I have not tested the mentioned web sites is they give correct information.
