Открадната 2008 Toyota Hilux 3.0 - моля помогнете!

Здравейте, обръщам се към всички за помощ на колега от Офроуд общността в Румъния.
Задигнали са му Тойотата в Обзор - Obzor Beach Resort Apartments Hotel – Bulgaria, на 16 срещу 17 юли.
Ако някой може да помогне с нещо, моля да ми пише. Глупаво е да се излагаме така пред туристите. Нека не забравяме, че всички ядем хляб от тях - по една или друга линия. Би било хубаво да помогнем с каквото можем, та да се стигне до щастлив край (макар и малко вероятно).
Защото накрая ще стане така, че ние българите, бидейки крадливо племе, ще си откраднем клона, на който седим...
Ще допиша регистрационния номер малко по-късно

That if thieves didn't change it. Anyway was a perfect car for me and my family and I'm 100% sure I will see it again when I'll travel again to Bulgaria : NEVER!!!

You know, Bulgaria is a very beautiful country. I've been many times there, with the same car, visiting plenty of places and never happen anything. I use to leave the car far away from hotels, in no illuminated places, sometime not locked, but never were problems. Now, in Obzor Beach Resort Apartments Hotel, in guarded place, with two guards at each end, with 4 surveillance cameras pointed toward my car (from about 7 to 20 meters), not far from reception, in an perfect illuminated place the car disappear! And what's sad, nobody saw anything. All 4 guys in receptions were blind, all 4 guards were blind too and surveillance cameras records were seen by blind policeman. Nothing! A 2 tones car, 5 meters wide, 2.5 meters tall (was fitted with 2 new roof tents to go around Bulgarian mountains for 2 weeks) simply volatile!
Is sad to say, but your people and authorities are hand in hand with your car thieves! And I'm pretty sure they got some money from helping stole my car.

But that's life. "The Show Must Go On", as per Freddie Mercury song. But this leave me a bitter taste and made me an your country enemy....

Maybe you’re right. Enemy is little bit too much, but this word describes my angry at the time I was written those phrases.

Anyway, I’m 100% sure I and my family members will never go to visit Bulgaria, as we were done until now. And this isn’t because our almost 60000 Euros car disappear, but for all memories gone together with that car.

Is easy for you to stay and “No comment” from outside of the problem, but I’m pretty sure you’ll not have the same attitude if your car will disappear in the same circumstances as mine and local police and hotel owner will conclude: “Is your fault! Why you were coming to visit Bulgaria?”, throwing you out of the door together with your family…. (By the way, two of my kids were in hospital exactly in that night because some stomach problems occurs because hotel food or maybe sea water.)

Sorry to say that, but this is a fact: my car disappears and your police, hotel people and owner are corrupted and involved 100% in that action. Seems a right attitude to attract more people to visit your country, huh?

И на мен ми разбиха камиона на ферибота в Силистра и ми откраднаха вещи за ..............много пари. Откраднаха ги самите граничари. Началника на гранична полиция се заключи в кулата и не пожела да говори с мен. И какво? Да обвиня всички Румънци и цялата държава че са крадци? И да спра да ходя в Румъния? Хайде по кротко, моля.

На никого не пожелавам това, да му откраднат каквото и да е..........НО!!!
Преди години на наши участници на "Red Bull Romaniacs" им откраднаха цялото ремарке с 3 мотора....цената не е по-малка от пикапа.
Не съм ги чул да казват, че са врагове на Румъния, пиха по една студена вода и толкова.

Колеги на мен лично преди по малко от година ми изчезна раздрънкано изгнило Дискавъри с десен волан и англииска регистрация от площад в Тимишоара.... в 2 следобед. Братовчеда който го караше за Бг. спрял да се изпикае и хапне... а колата я бях купил на маитап за 700 паунда на един аукцион тук... просто никои не даде повече. Така че да не се лъжем, и при тях не е по различно. Аз поне изгорях с малко...

Хайде по кротко, моля...

Проблемът е, че този автомобил има определена "таргет-група" потребители и голяма част от тях пишат в този форум. Не е откраднат инцидентно, а е набелязан и е поръчана кражбата му заради комплектацията Не е заминал за Сирия, а е разфасован тук в България и някой от... форума може би се кефи на изгодно придобити мостове, брони, лебедки, експедиционен багажник и прочие аксесоари, пък някой друг ... що не пак от този форум си брои пачката от продажбата или "влагането в проекти" на въпросните неща.
А който насърчава или се възползва от престъпления, рано или късно също става жертва на такова. И не излизайте с номера "ама аз от`де да знам, че са крадени". Emptor debet esse curiosus.

Имаш вътрешна информация ли? Не бих бил толкова сигурен за целта на кражбата - може да е посочената от теб, но може колата да е заминала за Сирия (идеалната машина за там - пикап, за да може да се монтира въоръжение), или Украина, или Русия.... Или дори същата тази Румъния, защото е доста удобно (румънец кара румънска кола - кой ще му обърне внимание)...
Гадна работа е кражбата, но ми се струва, че има нещо недоизказано от румънския колега... Негативна реакция от едно лице - случва се, но за да получи такава реакция от доста хора, както той е изброил, ми се струва вече тенденциозно и показва отношението на колегата към околните (разбира се може причината да е била афект).
При всички случаи е 'забележим' автомобил - продължавам да се оглеждам, въпреки, че ми се струва, че отдавна е напуснал България...

П.С.Колата не е ли била застрахована? Защото загуба на 60х.евро ми се струва пресилено... И ми прави впечатление, че обявата за кражбата на автомобила е публикувана две седмици след кражбата, което неминуемо ми вдига 'флага' за възможна застрахователна измама.... Разбира се полицията е била уведомена веднага, но за съжаление и аз нямам много вяра в родната полиция - статистици са - ако се разрови някое гнездо на крадци, ще се вземат мерки и ще се намерят собствениците на остатъците от автомобили. Но активни действия особено по топла следа май няма. Не го познавам човека - навярно не е такъв (разбира се може просто българския колега чак тогава да е научил за инцидента), но се натрупват странности.

Are you saying that there's no stolen cars in your country? Never? And there are no corrupted policemen, hotel people and hotel owners there? Sorry, but you will have to do a bit more to convince me.

Sorry for your stolen car and for the bad impressions, but take it easy - the people reading this thread has nothing to do with this.

No one is "outside of the problem" - tomorrow my car can be stolen when I visit Romania or any other country. Should I go to their local offroad forum and tell everybody that the whole country is my enemy? I don't think so. I would be as angry as you were, maybe even more, but that's the way it is - shit happens.

First of all I want to say SORRY to all users of this forum if my post creates you any problems! If moderators of the site consider it inappropriate, they can delete it.
I don’t want to offend anybody and I’m sure most of the Bulgarians and people registered to this site are honest ones! But each forest have dry branches….
To avoid any further explanations I’ll try to put here all film of my last visit in your country. Will be little bit long, but maybe this will clarify some things.
So, I arrived in front of hotel around 14:00, I check-in and move some of my stuff from car in the rooms. Meanwhile I’ve checked the hotel sub-terrain car park for empty spaces and I found plenty. I’ve asked one of the hotel reception gentlemen how I can got my car there, but he reply me aren’t any space available and I can park the car in front of reception, because all that road is closed guarded 24/24 7/7 and is use as hotel car park. I insist to have it inside, but he reply, as a joke: “Don’t worry, the car will be safe. Here, wasn’t any car stolen from many years.” I took it as a joke and I park the car exactly where he show me, in front of 3 surveillance cameras.
Time was passing in and in my forth day staying there two of my three kids got a severe stomach problems. All they were drinking and eating were vomiting and have severe diarrhea and dehydration.
After staying whole night with my sick kids, when arrived in front of the hotel (was 06:30), I notice my car disappear. I had a huge shock and run to reception asking the same gentlemen where is my car. He say maybe was moved by somebody…. I’ve asked to call police and all the three persons on hotel reception struggle until 07:30 to find police station number and call them.

Meanwhile I was asking the guards from the 2 barriers of the road (maybe some of you know Obzor Beach Resort Apartments Hotel) if they saw something, but with no results. Around 09:30 the police finally show up and at 10:00 I was on police station doing their paperwork. I’ve asked many times the policeman if they don’t want a picture of my car, to send it to all police stations, but he say he don’t need it. Seems the Bulgarian police can recognize a stolen car looking only on it, but I’m sure he was involved in the thief, too. Or at least in delaying the car search, because when I’ve asked him next day what was on surveillance cameras recorded he say is confidential and I’ll have the result of investigation in one month. Until now nothing at all!!

Next day my kids were worst with the disease. After another night not sleeping almost at all, around 10:00 I meet the “hotel owner”. I walk inside her office (was a mid-30’s lady) and after introduced myself she asked me directly if I have car insurance. With no any “Excuse”, no “Sorry”, no “We will do our best to help you”, without anything! Seems like Bulgarian thieves didn’t take insured cars! Or if you have an insurance this will prevent your car to be stolen. After she says this she invites me and my wife to go out of her office, because she has something else to do. At that time I want to reply something bad, but I stop myself. Escalading a conflict didn’t solve it at all. So I went out of hotel, straight in the front, on a taxi station. I’ve hired a VW Sharan and in the same afternoon I was in Mangalia, even I still have paid another 5 days on the hotel.

That journey was awfully! My kids were vomiting and crying almost all way. Too bad I didn’t remember the name of that driver. Was a nice person, has plenty of patience and didn’t complain at all.
And from Mangalia, by train, I went home next day. For the coming 4 days all my three kids and my wife were in hospital because that disease and this was the end of the journey….

Sorry about this entire long story!

So, how to have consideration for a place where you pay a significant amount of money to spend a vacation and you return home quicker, with no car, no money and all your family sick?

Sparkybg, in Romania corruption is big, too, but what I want to say I never been considering as a …non humans.

Sorry once again for this long story and if my post didn’t match inside the forum, please delete it. Anyway, now is history, new car is in the garage, but this experience leave me a bitter taste in me and my family life.
